Innovative Wood Products, Inc. (IWP) is a mid-sized manufacturing company, capable of fabricating high-quality, high-volume products, as well as responding to short lead-times.

Using Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machining centers and saws, IWP produces a wide variety of precision parts.  We have capabilities to handle such materials as MDF, particleboard, plywood, lumber, plastics and composites.

CNC Cutting provides the most effective means of producing accurate sizing.  Our machining centers and saws are operated by factory-trained, quality-conscious team members.

The CNC panel saws will process materials up to 6' wide x 12' long x 7" thick, allowing these machines to produce a high volume of parts while maintaining accuracy and quality.  We can fabricate up to 6 tractor-trailer loads of cut parts in a 24-hour period on the saws alone.

Our CNC machining centers are ideal for producing large quantities of identical parts.  Using these machines, our programmers and operators ensure the highest quality parts are reproduced.

Designing & Programming

Our capable designers and CNC Programmers can help create programs to produce high-quality, replica parts to fit our customers' needs.  We can use drawing files (.dwg, .dxf, etc.) to convert into cut plans, or we can convert from sample items provided by our customers.

Warehousing

We have over 45,000 square feet of warehouse space which can accommodate 200 flatbed truckloads of material.  We can offer extended-term storage of both raw materials and finished goods on a per-square-foot-basis.
