Innovative Wood Products, Inc. (IWP) is a wood and panel fabricator located in Taylorsville, a town just north of Hickory in beautiful Western North Carolina.  Our facility is in the heart of North Carolina's furniture manufacturing sector and Fiber Optic Cable industry.

IWP was formed in 1988 by Dane and Tim Whitworth and has enjoyed continuous operation ever since.  We have successfully averaged an expansion every two years from 1988 to 2000.  Our company started with a 10,000 square foot facility and has grown to the 110,000 square feet we occupy today.
